Services

Join us for our Songfest 2017 on Saturday, 12 August, from 3.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.  A festival of hymns and readings followed by afternoon tea.

We warmly invite you to attend our services and all are welcome.

Services are held each Saturday from 5.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m..  From April to September we meet for afternoon tea at 4.30 p.m., prior to worship.

The service is Eucharist (An Australian Prayer Book) with hymns.  Please join us as we listen to and reflect on scripture, pray for those who need prayer support, worship God in song and remember our Saviour Jesus Christ as we celebrate Holy Communion.

On the last Saturday of each month, the service is Evensong (Book of Common Prayer).  Please come and experience a traditional 1662 Evensong service amidst the tranquillity of Magnetic Island.

Prayer Requests and Home Visit Requests:   Should you have a request for prayer support, please contact the resident priest, Reverend Beryl, on (07) 4778 5628.  She can also be contacted if you are sick and would like a home visit or if you feel in need of spiritual direction.

Whether you have never been to Church before, or attend regularly, you will find a warm welcome at St. Margaret’s.
